help buying a wetsuit

i have almost no body fat and hate the cold i live in NJ what mm wetsuit should i get to use almost all year?

about 20mm

or a drysuit.

Im jumping on the Henderson bandwagon on my next wetsuit purchase. My current pinnacle elastaprene is just about wore slap out.
I am also going to most likely pair my wetsuit with a lavacore underneath.
I have a few people I know that swear by their 3mm suit with the lavacore underneath.

i have purchased a new/older henderson H2 hyperstretch titanium 7mm full wetsuit ( for what i believe to be a great price )

next october i will be looking to buy a drysuit ( as of now i like the waterproof D1 )
