Who else is having this problem ?
I droped off SCUBAPRO regs and Computers for service about 4 months ago and there still not ready.
Dive shop

"Dive Dive Dive"
in
Lawrenceville, GA

is blaming SCUBAPRO

Details??

What are you having done? Annual service for warranty? Piston stuck in bore of primary. Computer flooded?

Simple service at the LDS using genuine parts should have been completed in a week.

It's been a while since I lived in ATL but there is a great dive shop called the:
Peachtree Dive Center, Inc.
1954 Hwy 54 West, Fayetteville, GA 30214
(770) 487-6609

You might at least want to call them and see if their turn time is better.

Is the shop an authorized dealer for Scubapro? Are they "current"

Shop says SCUBAPRO still has transmitters

I ScubaPro doing something to your transmitters? Are you trying to buy a transmitter?

I just bought a transmitter last week for my Sol (uses the same as Luna) for my deco bottle.

If you don't need the gear at the moment (for a dive) then don't worry about it. Next time go a different path for service.

Here is what happens here. The local dive store sends gear for service on a regular basis but it is NOT the same time you drop the gear off. In other words they only make a shipment 6 times a year. Your gear, and everyone else's that is submmited for service, is going to have to wait till that shipment date rolls around. In other words they do not make an individual shipment every time someone requests service.

I am a private person. Very private.
I deal with Scubapro Aust directly.
From my very first dealings.
It costs a phone call, a small box, some postage and some money during the process.
Even old Aladdin and Uwatec things are generally guarranteed somewhat.
And it's quick.
And it's quicker when the bloke knows the gear is animate

That being said: I solder my own batteries, refill with paraffin and reset.

We are a ScubaPro Dealer!

1. As far as Products - a lot of B/O issues this year.
2. As far as Parts - No Issues getting parts.
3. As far as Computers - About a year ago they were backed up because they couldn't get replacement batteries.
4. As far as Transmitters - there was an issue getting replacement Transmitters at the end of August/beginning of September. As far as I know, this has been resolved, we just got one back for a customer.

It sounds like this maybe a Dealer issue and not a Manufacturer one.
