I've actually got in a number of posts on this board but thought I would make it official and say "hello" to the group!
I'm a newbie, recently finished pool dives, now to get in my OW dives here in CT. Maybe a local quarry or Dutch Springs, PA.
C ya for now....................................

Do they call it Dutch Springs because it flows backwards???? lol.
Is it Conneticut? Is there no ocean to dive in? I thought that state was near the coast.

Good luck with the OW dives.

New Zealand heh? What's it like down there?
Bet it's awesome actually :)
Yes we have Ocean about 40 miles from here where I live.
Long Island Sound. Hell, I'm a newbie so I'm lucky if I get to
dive in a bath tub until I get my OW in. Anyway I'm just happy
to get out and learn and explore until I'm ready to do some serious stuff. First "dive" was discover scuba in St. Maarten, that was fun! Can't wait to get back in some big water.

Have a good 1

I'm in Auckland and it has been raining everyday for the last 6 weeks. Even the worms here have scuba gear....lol.
Cold too. Not so much diving at the moment, unless you have a dry suit.
Cheers ears
