So I won’t see 70 again and thought I’d build a cart to help with the weight. I needed something that would fit in my Suzuki Jimny, be able to carry a complete mooring including shackles , heavy chain, swivels, rope and tools in a fish box. Also my normal diving gear for hard to get to diving spots. The wheels can be turned to give 2 inches of extra width. I used stuff lying around the yard and paid 100 euros for wheels ( puncture proof) washers and pins.
