For those looking to get away from the usual holes of Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and the Cenotes look further south to the new and upcoming area of the Costa maya. Those of you who remember Cozumel and Playa Del Carmen when they were just cabanas and the odd fishermans restaurant. There is now a new area like that developing further south. The last piece of Carribean coastline of mexico with some virgin diving, absolutely healthy reef and not many divers. Come back to staying in primitive cabañas, little amenities and a great atmosphere. Those seeking paradise as it was with mosquitoes, horseflies, eating in small restauarants etc. Check out your internet sites. Put in yourn search engines these words -mahahual- xcalak- costa maya. This is not advertising, just asking you real divers to explore a place that in 10 years will be over run with tourists.
