Has anyone been out to Lake Whitney lately?

I have not been in several seasons....last visits were at the scuba park area down from the dam. It is a smelly lake/methane gas release, and vis is poor at best. It gets dark real fast and a large overhanging outcrop is there that you have to be very careful of as you dive. But having said all that it is wet and will offer the diver some interesting challenges.

Heck this place may not even be open anymore???

Thanks for the response. I am looking for some different spots to dive around N. Texas, so I thought I would see what Lake Whitney was all about.
