Colorado (front range AKA Denver and the low areas) is having one of its coldest winters on record.

If I get beach front property up here in the mountains at 10,000 feet above sea level... nobody else would be left :laughing:

It would make for some good diving though. . .
 
I might have to don the 7mm to get through the weekend..And just stay in the house....
 
Funny (more Ironic) - there is a big story on the news right now about the global warming report coming out of Paris. That scientists are calling it irreversible.

I've often wondered, if a 'cane wiped out the beaches, then would the condo/apts that survive become water hotels?
