not with global warming you won't...You will be a waterfront property soon....

Colorado (front range AKA Denver and the low areas) is having one of its coldest winters on record.

If I get beach front property up here in the mountains at 10,000 feet above sea level... nobody else would be left :laughing:

On second thought, give me a few weeks to requisition a new sailboat and go right ahead with the polar melting... I'll be fine. :)
 
Sad to say...there are many suits like that in Curacao....bellys too.....
