Can Halcyon regulator be matched with MK17 or MK25 ?

Yes, because the Halcyon seconds are Scubapro with an H instead of the better S and the Halycon first stages are the Mark 20/25 (H-75) and Mark 17 (H-50). And yes anyways, of course you can .

Absolutely yes!
The H-50D and H-75P first stages from Halcyon are respectively MK17 and MK25 from Scubapro.
