I am using two pieces 5mm wetsuit. Is that considered "LOTS of neoprene"?

(It's a 8mm on the chest with both pieces)

Do you have a website or other listing for you products? I would like to see what you have to offer and prices.

Creating a website has been "on the to do list" for over a year, it just hasn't made it above the cut line when the "to do" list is bounced against the "time available" thing.

Send me a valid e-mail to ftagge@goldinc.com or via the message board here and I'll send out the information via return e-mail. The file is too big to post here.

The aluminum backplate is good for travel because it's lighter. I'm a photographer, and I've danced pretty close to overweight baggage charges. I plan on getting an Al plate from Fred and leaving my stainless plate & sta home.
hey, you folks seen the pin-mount stuff that cetacea has? they sell clips and 1" rings and stuff that mounts to web belt by a small screw with a sharp point. Not exactly stuff that you would hang a tank from, but pretty damn small and streamlined if you want to hang smaller stuff from yourself.

I've got my "tropical rig" that I fly to Coz and Roatan with, to keep baggage weight down. I got a new UL Mk25/G600 for the same reason. Other than that, stainless is the way to go.

By the way, Fred, at that rate of corrosion of Stainless, how long would it take until a FredT plate is dissolved into nothingness. I need to decide how many generations to plan passing it down through.

TBG, get a FredT. You won't be sorry. They are rugged, extremely well made, with none of that wuss-monger polish you might get on a Halcyon or other brand. FredT's are becoming a status symbol. They are all function. Sort of the Peterbilt of backplates.
