April was fine when we were there last year, although our group tour guide thought it too chilly to dive! (Should introduce him to New England diving!) Yes, tourist season there is getting underway then but everything was open for us and the diving on Rhodes was indeed available and incredible. We were in Santorini only for a day and so was not able to dive, but the dive shops we drove by were open and seemed ready for business. Like Stepfen says: try and contact them now while in full season. Hope you get in a great dive!
