Does anyone have any information on the abalone diver that got hit by sharks in Australia. I read about it on FoxNews but not a lot of info.

:idk:

So do you know even if the diver made it or did they perish?

Does anyone know if the diver was on scuba or free diving?

If he possibly survived the attack he would have had to swim home. Doesn't sound promising...

Looks like he died judging by Jeni's post. I am confused about the boat captain....he apparently needed treatment for shock. Well that tells me that he most likely saw it happen. Why did he take off without trying to help (assumptiuon on my part because that is something that would usually get mentioned)? Why leave the body there? Unless there was nothing left of the body, I can only shake my head and hope that I would act differently if ever in that situation.
