Yes, I was simply stating how stupid that kid was.

I remember a story of a fellow being bitten by one that wouldn't let go. He had to wear it to the lifeguard station.
Yeah - kids tend to do dumb stuff and don't think through the consequences. But they also get a lot out of every new experience, because at that age their brains are soaking up information like a sponge. Oh, well... it keeps you on your toes as a parent!

New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Of course they are all nip and taste requiring some stitches. Combination of swimmers, surfers, murky water, baitfish and lots and lots of small sharks
