Hi everyone! I finally finished putting together a multimedia piece on the Great Storm of 1913 story that was featured in issue 14 of Wreck Diving Ma. It features an interview with Capt. David G. Brown, author of White Hurricane, as well as some historical photos and photos of our dives on the Wexford, Charles S. Price and Regina in Lower Lake Huron. This is something new I'm trying so any feedback is appreciated. You can find the story and multimedia piece here.

Thanks for looking,

Andy

The talk by Capt. Brown was fascinating. The pictures were great. The problem is that it is not possible to listen to the narration and read the captions to the pictures at the same time. The two were unrelated.

Thanks. I wondered about that. They are meant to compliment each other, which is the point of multimedia. You can pause it but it does disrupt the flow. Thanks for the feedback.

Good stuff Andy, hey I picked-up issue 14 @ Our World Underwater, great shots, we missed ya down there...

This looks like a good one for a club presentation...hint, hint...

Any time you like. Sorry I missed the Regina talk. Forgot it was Super Bowl Sunday and we had plans. I'm still planning on coming up to dive the river with you guys this year.

Not to rub it in but we had a full room and Wayne did a great presentation, lots of insight into the difference between the two perspectives (commercial and recreational diving). His presentation was detailed enough that you were able to really understand both sides... anyway, look forward to having you come up,

Dave
