How about browsing the photos in the ScubaBoard Gallery? There are some pretty fantastic pictures in there and I'm sure most folks would gladly give permission to let you use their photo as wallpaper.

Try www.webshots.com. There's software you have to download but they have a free version that's very good & they also have a great selection of photos of all kinds. Beautiful underwater shots, many with divers. The software enables you to use the pics as a screensaver as well as wallpaper. You can also add your own photo gallery & choose if you want it public or private.
