Cool. You have a backplate with full harness in good condition. It just needs a pair of tank straps and a wing and you are set. The tank straps go through those slots along the center channel in the plate and then matching slots on the wing. Or you could bolt on the wing and use an STA. I'll look for a video...

Maybe you could lay out everything for photos? There might be some other gems in there.
From what we've seen so far, the diver who put all this together knew what he was doing. There also must have been some more stuff originally like the wing and fins and even tanks. Maybe somebody else already claimed those , but I'd check with the seller just in case.
