I had to do a blow and go once from about 40’.
It amazed me how easy it was just to exhale the entire time with no desire at all to inhale as the air expanded. You can’t inhale because there’s no place for any new air to go. There was never a feeling of panic because there was never a time that I felt I was starved of air.
