Paul Tzimoulis was the publisher of Skin Divers Magazine. Paul was like a father figurehead. The dive industry was saddened by the passing of Paul Tzimoulis - DeeperBlue.com. He always made me feel special along with Bonnie Cardone and Jack McKenny. I was in my twenties when Paul took this fun picture of me on Bonaire Island. I was on assignment for National Wildlife Magazine. I dove with limited equipment, including a double hose Aqua-Lung, dive watch, Jet Fins, a knife, and a thin mill Dive N Surf. Mask in hands.

I found out yesterday that we still have production until the year's end. Then we will have to make some major changes. If you're interested in a Force Fin purchase, I suggest getting your orders in now. Use code BETTERWET. Our crew in Pennsylvania

is on next week.

Yesterday, our team engineer for Tiabzu TEAM – Tiabzu flew up for a meeting. Ryan started in high school by helping me make Force Fin molds. He is a founder with Susanne and me on our Deep Water—desalination project, along with Scuba Board member Michael. Ryan is an expert at getting big things down and back from the Ocean.

Hopefully, our Force Fin crew will make 600 pairs this week. Susanne will post a list of models we plan to discontinue making. These last four years have taken a toll on sales.

Sad but true.

Bob, I believe that had you succumbed to making FFs in China, you'd be a major force in the market...

I'm not commenting on the ethics or morals of your decision, I just think that if you had a lower price point, this would have been a different ball game altogether. (This coming from someone with 4 pairs of full price FFs).

Going to China is a hard path to follow, given my family

background here in America.James Wilkinson - Wikipedia However, Aerohance pods are made in China and Vietnam to help shoe factories reduce sole waste.https://aerohance.com/ Today, our Brass bushings add an extra $30.00 per pair. Brass and CNC costs might not be cheaper overseas, and then there is the shipping cost and reliability. I have been at this since 1971. These last few years have been challenging, and Susanne and I support the Company for our Over one Million customers. We will be posting our plans for wrapping it up.

I recently connected with my friend/brother Robbie Meistrell. Without his family's support, Force Fin would have never been. Now, we are forming an Ocean Company that Divers will love. Robbie comes from the family business of Dive N Surf, Body Glove. Here we are together in 1982, in Santa Barbara, California. We will be making a

Coming full circle back to home base with my Family at Dive N Surf/Body Glove. Billy Meistrell Jr. in the Force Fin Hermosa Beach Production plant. We were making around 200 pairs a day to fill orders. (1982) Billy is in the far left and this week in the Redondo Beach, California store. Looking at keeping a Brand alive.

The Twin Meistrell Brothers once took me under their wing and developed my diving skills.(1966) I personally credit the Meistrell family for much of my success with Force Fins. Visiting their offices recently to discuss several new ventures that will blow your mind. Billy Meistrell Jr. shared
