Good diving and nightlife near Manila?

Seeking good diving(I like sharks, big fish, big schools), fun local attractions and friendly local ladies?

Can you make any recommendations in Batangas, Puerto Galera, Coron or Boracay?

Puerto Galera is nice, not so much the big fish place, but everything else on your list.
Try the Atlantis for room, food and diving all in one safe place.

Had a real fun time in Quezon City !
Best accessible wreck diving so far is in Subic Bay (haven't yet been to the wrecks in Coron); Best all around collection Marine Life I've seen so far (big & small; schooling fish & pelagics; invertebrates & corals etc.) are the reefs at Balicasag Island (Bohol).

subic bay, white rock dive shop, dive with false killer whales and dolphins, Im of to cebu island to dive with thresher sharks and hammerheads in feb , look at threshersharkdiving.com , portogelera , youll love it mmm mmm best spot, captain gregs for accom and diving.

ive done almost all of my dives in PG and there are a number of sites there that have big fishes. the nightlife is bustling but "nice" wouldnt be such a good adjective. food is okay but not something to brag about though i also recommend dinner at captn'gregg's.

friendly local ladies? u mean great conversationalists? ahhhh, im not sure youre gonna find ample of them in PG.

been checking Cebu and Bohol and they look pretty good
I thought getting that far away from Manila might be a budget problem, but then found 68$ RT flights Manila to Cebu city!
Any issues with terrorism being that far south?

Terrorism? Definitely not.

Its the "friendly local ladies" i would be worried about...
