I would reccomend Rick Murcar or GDI here on this board. I do not know what his current schedule is but he is excellent. He has his own company called Genesis Diving Institute and teaches privately, and he is also affiliated with a shop. He may be a little more expensive than you could find elsewhere but in my opinion the quality of his teaching is superior to most. He takes the time to make sure you have mastered the skills necessary. I do not know if he speaks German, but your english seems excellent from your post. If he has a class he may be able to include you in the schedule, or you may be able to schedule a private lesson.
