It's the first dive event of the year!

Place: Atlantic Quarry, Schildberg Construction off Iowa Hwy. 83, Atlantic, IA
Time: 10:00AM
A few club members went out to the quarry on May 18 to check the conditions. While visibility wasn't the best we saw lots of bluegill, largemouth bass, crappie, a huge catfish, and a snapping turtle, a first for a few of us. Water temps were low 70s at the surface, 60 above the first thermocline. Below are a few pictures taken by my husband with his new Canon G15, Ikelite housing, and green water filter.
