I've got a pair of Aqua lung 3mil Thermoclines. Very warm and I've had them in 40-50 d water. Had no problems with getting my hands cold - and they didn't inhibit dexterity either.

I've heard that the thicker gloves can do that.

I just picked up a pair of XS Dry 5 5mm gloves. I guess they'd be considered semi-dry. All seams are sealed with silicon or neoprene cement and the cuffs have an inner glideskin gasket , making them almost completely dry.

Get the 4th Element 5 mm gloves as they fit extremely small. If you're normally an XS chances are in these gloves you'll be a medium.

They are very warm as all the seams are sealed.

You aren't the guy from the burger king commercial are you?

Just kidding.
