OK, so I'm a guy but I do have an interesting reply........I think.
I live and dive in Southern California, most often in the Chanel
Islands. They would possibly interesting for some of you who might be curious just to look up on the web. Now for the response, the dive boats in this area are usually between 65 and 85 feet long with an average width of 18-25 feet. The larger ones usually have 2 or three heads, all with showers as well as on deck showers. There are bunk systems for all pasengers and the larger ones commonly have state rooms in limited amounts. The boats that service the Ventura area which is perhaps 50 miles north of Los Angelas are equipped with hot tubs due to the cooler water temps. They all have galleys that do a pretty good job. It is common to get 3-4 dives in before 1 in the afternoon, have a shower after a sit in a hot tub, a beer and nap on the way back to port. So for those of you that havnt dove So Cal waters, come on down.
