is it unfroze?
according to their website, most of the quarry is open/clear

All the area around docks 4-6 and the deep dock and quite a ways out were clear when I stopped on the way through last Monday for a look-see. The road down past the tubes and that part of the deep end has some ice, as well as the shallow area where walk-in entrance used to be. With the warmer temps we've had in the past week, I wouldn't be surprised to hear that even most of that was gone.
We went this past sunday and it was open in the shallow end. Most of the deep side was frozen with a very thin layer. Didnt matter i just wanted to try out my new doubles rig

Some of us plan on being there for a tribute to Joe Steffen to finish something he started on the last day of diving at Whitestar on 12/31/06.
