If i can find another equally crazy friend to dive wet with me (like, a single, probably short dive, but i'm dying to get the new tanks wet) i'll be there..

I'll be there with my trailer and generator. You are welcome to use it to stay warm in between dives. I keep it around 80 degree

I'll be there about 0900. Planning a deep dive with a couple others if anyone is interested.

I won't be dong anything requiring deco as it's too damn cold to hang any longer than I have to. :shakehead:

really? Cause that would be awesome...and increase the chances of me actually going/doing more than one dive.

Oh, come on! The water's fine, it's just the surface interval that might be a little chilly. More incentive to stay down for a longer dive!

My thoughts exactly!!!

Greetings fellow GLWC members and the surface temps at Gilboa as of last sunday Dec. 20 th was 42º. The water was great and will be wonderful on New Years Day!
Do not forget to purchase your year pass it went up this year but covers parking as well as entry $175 for the year. Call for more details or check the web site.
We will be there at 8 am and ready to hit the water! See you there.
CamG keep diving....keep training....keep learning!

If anyone is in Chicago, we will be doing our annual New Years Day dive right by the Adler Planetarium in downtown. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Hey, get your own thread!
:D

Unless there is some freak storm over the next two days, I'll be going. Not sure what time yet. I find myself getting up later and later... I think I'll only be up for dives to the tubes or shallower.
