Got question about dry suit demos. Is it true you can demo these without drysuit certification? Also can taking demo in dry suit count towards dry suit class perhaps?

I'll be there Sunday in a gray Chevy HHR with a stripe package that says "Wicked" and has a shark on each rear quarter panel. I'll dive the deep side then probably be found setting my gear up beside a buddy who has a white Chevy truck and white box trailer that will have at least one big white tent set up next to it. I'll have my ears on underwater so I'm hard to miss

Yes, you can demo without drysuit cert. Instructors and DMs will be in the water to lead you if you are not drysuit certified. You have to be escorted if not drysuit certified.

I think (Caver)Dave, Kristi and Charlie will be up there sometime over the weekend. Not sure if they'll be spending the whole weekend there, or calling into White Star too.

Brian- I saw Kristi and Charlie, but didn't see Dave. I think K&C had a good time... and are ready to join the dark side and start diving dry all the time.

Darkmoon- did you get to try out some suits?

Aaron- Sealife was there, and yes you could try their strobes with your camera. DUI is headed to Benoit, Il next weekend and to Lake Wazee, WI next weekend and I belive they will be at Mermet,IL in the fall. Maybe you will be able to make it to one of those. But if it is the Selife stuff you are interested in you might want to check with DUI, because I don't think Joe and Matt are at all of the rallies.

I didn't end up making it. Although, i would have tried harder if i would have known you guys play euchre. I love that game.
