According to Mapquest, your 1 hour 42 minutes away from the shop I use so, I would suggest getting a shop closer to you.

You are however, close to some of my favorite dive sites out on the Cape.......I would be willing to spend some time with you in the water, refreshing your skills - if you choose not to take a class.

I would however, highly recommend taking a class. Shop around as you did with your OW instruction. Refresher courses are just as important and you should be comfortable with the instructor.
