Because that is what I have available in a large rinse tub after soaking my backplate, wing, and all other less-nasty gear. I soak the regs charged in that same large tub and then rinse after.
The "nasty" stuff (wetsuit, tech shorts, hood) get soaked in a different tub also with revivex odor eliminator.
