i've seen some other posts on here recently regarding hoses failing and don't know if they looked like this but, as i mentioned earlier, i wasn't losing nearly as much air as it appears.
 
Wow....Impressive!!! I had mine do something close to the same thing but closer to the second stage.... looked real bad but wasn't losing as fast as it appeared....I was about 70 ft when I noticed it and had time to make a normal accent and safety stop...with air to spare!!!
