LEESA: RESIST>>>DONT LISTEN TO A WORD, they are dangerous chaps

15 minutes, you can get a shot, I'm sure.

They are cute...good point though you don't see them anywhere else.

They like to hang in the current, don't they?

I was wondering...is there any other site off of Oahu that you see Garden Eels in addition to the Corsair? I haven't seen any....

The bottom time is just too short to get good pics of them at the Corsair :(

Aloha Lisa
I got dropped on the downhill side of the 100 Foot Hole, off Waikiki. I ran into a buch of Garden Eels at around 100 feet, plus a whole field of Helmet shells.
It might be somthing possible to try, if we got moored or anchored at 100 foot hole.
Aloha
Roger

hey, I thought you guys were married?

lol c

well.. this was in the sand meadow behind pinnacles..
sorry for the large file size..
but the eels in the background disappeared in the compressed version :(
[edit.. seems sb compresses large pics too.. oh well..
but there were a ton of garden eels in the foreground just before i snapped the shot..
i wonder if i stayed there long enough.. they'd venture back out?..
or i'd need a stronger zoom lens and better viz]
