Has anyone come up with a better strap idea for the Galileo Sol other than the bungee cord? I have the bungee cord straps on my compass and am not a big fan. They are either too loose on my wetsuit or too tight on my Drysuit. I have been thinking about trying to retrofit Shearwater straps but haven’t figured out a good way to do it yet. I was just wondering if someone else has come up with something better yet.

Mine had been set up exactly the same way (bungee cords with cord locks) by its previous owner. It's been working out well for me.
