Well, after a lot of whining by me, my LDS and the Scubapro rep, they replaced my faceplate MOSTLY free of charge and I picked it up today. They charged to replace the plastic face cover as they said those "wear out" (I'd still be using the existing one if the faceplate hadn't fallen off, but whatever) plus shipping one way to Scubapro.
