@buddhasummer is more of a 370 fan!

And, he appears to prefer the 250 significantly over the 260. (I've never seen him get all that excited about the 260, but that might be my memory).
my suspicion is based on a crude approximation, 260 as the "face lift" version of the original workhorse -- and so far I see more 250s on his activity than anything else (even 260 is negligable)

:wavesmiley: „ohmmm“

I kinda noticed (slightly) back when I was a guest user that he talks a lot about them, and one I came a cross a regulator geeks session on YT by the wizard @rsingler and was absolutely sold on the performance.
Next day I signed up here. And then I truly noticed the.. attachment 😅

And if the 250 is gonna dive as I expect it (mentally comparing against the 260 and the cracking pressure curves from that session), might have to buy some more

btw any chance it was you @buddhasummer that requested RegGeeks II topic on g260 v s620? Feels like you got enough motive here

Also, what’s G.A.S.?
G.A.S is "Gear Acquisition Syndrome". It's an affliction which for me, there is no cure...:)

You indeed correct David. G250 on balance is my favourite second stage. I enjoy updating them and making them look a little prettier.

I do like the G260 and have owned more than 10 but I got bored with it, it's so well made, holds tune so well other than change the faceplates to black R195 plates there wasn't much to tinker with. Performance wise I don't find it significantly better than a G250, it's better but not by much.

I like G250Vs because I enjoy sourcing the parts and building them but once completed I just sell them.

Love the smoothness of the C370, it's special. As design is not "conventional" I enjoyed playing with it. It's a little awkward to service, nothing too bad but a little, in some positions the bubbles get in your face.

It was not my request.

Update.

All finished. Cosmetically they are all much of a muchness. I tidied up face plates a wee bit but with some elbow grease and plastic black out you can make them look nicer. They look ok, nothing flash but tidy.

Importantly they all function perfectly. All cracking .9-1" at 135psi. All have new orifices, new springs, new s-wing poppets and new flow vane C clips. Balance chambers were swapped out where necessary. One has new lever as I just couldn't get it to play nice no matter what I did.

Some have the tiny flow vane, see pics, it's kinda meaningless assuming you set flow vane as per manual as it's a set and forget. I will supply manual.

$205 AUD each ($135USD approx). Shipping I'll cap at $40 AUD ($26USD approx) if it's less I'll let you know. Shipping TBC but likely $245 AUD total if you're US, my Ozzy folk shipping will be less.

PayPal sent in Australian Dollars as Gift F&F.

I can make up service kits if anyone wants them just let me know via DM when we finalise.

Please choose what one you want. I'll follow pre order:

Zero pressure, if you change your mind for what ever reason, all good, but you still get right of first refusal:
