Furry Creek

Has anybody dove Furry Creek before? I think I may head up there next week to check it out, but was wondering what to expect. Is it a wall dive, or...? I know nothing about it, but want to check out a new site. Also, can anyone give me directions? I know I drive up the sea to sky...pass Porteau, and then nothing.

Anyway, any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have been there a couple of times and once with Ryan Macneil. good wall dive. I have yet to see the claimed octos and lots of fish but who knows...maybe next time. A friend familiar with the dive site is Henry from this board. He also runs a dive shop in North Van called Edge Diving beside Capilano Mall. check with their shop.

Just keep going! you can't miss the beautiful par 3 on the left hand side of the highway... Its just before you get to the old mine...

if you guys havnt done it yet im down with showin you where it is or an even better wall dive down to 100 ft with 2 octos and a bottle dump close by i did it yesterday. but if you did already do it tell me what you think of it and where you went les and i went in at olivers landing

I didn't make it to Furry Creek. One of the risks of attempting last-minute planning by the internet I guess. So, I would definitely like to hear a dive report as well.

I'm also up for a dive on Wednesday or Thursday during the day if anyone is interested. Tuesday as well but that is probably too late.
