@girlwithbigtanks and I headed up there with my boat to give it a go back in September. It's a nice site, but you do need a boat to access it due to the rail line. Not a very long cave and tons of sawtoothing. Also (duh) cold at 3 or 4C. The existing line was of course broken, whoever put in floating polypropylene line should have to take it out - its 1) a mess and 2) a downright dangerous entanglement hazard. We cleaned up what we could.

It's across Crow's Nest Lake from Highway 3. Was about 14 hrs drive for us from the Seattle area. We stayed down in Pincher Creek which was steamy warm even at night with bizarre child labor laws at Timmy's... Worth doing if you're nearby perhaps? Worth a long weekend and driving from far afield? Probably not. Expect TONS of curious paddle boaders and fisher folks.
