Did it go to some 'white error screen'? Mine did that. I just 'x'ed' out of the screen, opened it again and it logged in.

Elena's back here and tells me that your sign in is valid. It's case sensitive, so put it in carefully. Of course, you want to make sure that your browser is up to date.

Jennifer, your code is still valid and has not been redeemed.
Delete your cookies, clear your cache.
Relog in to the account you created, the redeem the code. I recommend copy/paste. Make sure there are no blank spaces before or after the code.
I dont know what browser you are using, chrome & explorer dont seem to have any issues. I dont know what browsers the otgers have used, but no one else is reporting a problem.
