free air fill card

bought a tank recently from someone...they let me have the card with i think 8 more fills left on it...the shop is too far from here...will someone who lives near there be allowed to use the card if i let them have it even if its not with my tank?

I don't see why not. All the ones I have are just punch cards nothing linking it to me. Pretty much like a gift certificate.

If it's not a familiar face they may ask to see a C card but that should be all.
