It was explained to me that the PROPER way to read those little "fortunes" or wise sayings we get out of the Chinese fortune cookies is to read them aloud with your dinner guests and end each with "..in bed.."

Well, that just puts a whole new twist on things, don't it?

Remarkably enough, it seems to work because just today mine said, "you will earn the admiration of your peers" .... "in bed" ....

makes perfect sense to me!!

I knew I had kept a stash of them and as I changed out purses today, I finally found them... so... here's what I've got over the past couple of years...

Versatility is one of your outstanding traits... in bed.

You will be coming into a fortune... in bed.

You will run into an old friend soon... in bed.

Next summer, you will dance to a dfferent beat... in bed.

You stand in your own light. Make it shine... in bed.

Prepare today for the demands of tomorrow... in bed.

You have handled your responsibilities competently... in bed.

and LAST but BEST of ALL

NOTHING CAN KEEP YOU FROM REACHING YOUR GOALS... IN BED!

sounds about right
