Just a heads up to my fellow swampers, and anyone else diving the Comal..

We lost a Casio 10 MP camera in a clear acrylic housing with orange trim this past Sunday while tubing. I'm not 100% sure where / when it went missing but it had to have been near the end of the trip, quite possibly in front of the last public exit for tubers. The camera is negative in the water..

Good luck!
David

If anyone finds it let me know also and I will help make arrangements to get back to David since we are supposed to have dinner in CZM on the 30th...

David was that Christi's camera....I know she must be sick about losing it :depressed:....hope you had a great time while you were back in Texas....good luck on finding the camera...I will keep my ears open..

I am going to Cozumel late next month and will be glad to take home if it is found. Maybe I will get a chance go to look for it, I haven't looked for treasure down there yet this year.

Hey Paul, are you trying to hone in on my free beer card in Cozumel at the end of THIS month. Actually only seven days...

Are we going to Ouachita anytime soon???

Well....yeah !!!! :D

he said 'comal' not 'cozumel' >_< if it isn't picked up by a drunken toober (in which case you're s.o.o.l.) someone will surely find it during trashfest.

No it is "Cozumel"... The camera's owner who lives on Cozumel lost the camera in the comal ;)

Thanks! Looking forward to seeing you on the 30th! Who knows when & where that camera may turn up.

Yes, but not her high dollar one, fortunately. If that were the case I'd be still diving the river for it! We had a great time and losing the pictures stinks almost as bad as losing the camera.

Thanks!
