If all I have is 19hrs before a flight home would nitrox be a better choice? The max depth on the last day wont hit 100' if so what blend should I use? Or should I not even bother with the nitrox?

Why not enjoy the benefits of nitrox irrespective of high altitude concerns...

Why not?
Because nitrox is a specific use tool for certain dive profiles. It is not a cure-all and a panacea. It has very specific limits and restrictions that can be extremely constrictive in certain dive situations.
But, that's another thread and topic.

Huh? With our (Palm Beaches) prolific diving in the 55' to 120' range I would venture to say 95% of the locals dive nitrox. What constrictive/restrictive issues would one have at 100' diving nitrox other than basic MOD limits?
