May be making my first trip next w-end. What kind of water temps should I expect? Will I need A 7mm or will my 3mm full work. I usually stay warm withou to much thickness. Thanks.

Atlas, with the amount of repetitive dives in a short amount of time, your bodies core temp drops fast, therefore the latter dives will prove to be less tolerable due to getting cold. You can figure the water temps, at this time of the year, to be in the high 60's to low 70's.
