Flags, Flags and more Flags

Anyone know of a law that says you can't have another flag in addition to the standard diver down flag, on a marker bouy?

I have a couple of the flags shown here: http://www.flappinflags.com/pirateheads.html and just for fun, wanted to hang one below my dive flag while diving.

It MAY add to the visibility of the marker, but mostly it would be for fun.

Anyone know of any reason not to do it??

We have enough problems with a dive flag attracting jet skis and boats. I wonder how many more will come over to check out the strange flag .....

Interesting flag selection.
I have something very similar to
Jack Rackham Pennant
541JP
but much smaller.

Since my tow behind flag is only the usual 15" x 15" (I believe?)
I have a smaller version below it that is maybe 6" x 12"
and have never had any problems with it,
JetSkiers or otherwise.

I use it on my Dry Tortugas trips and the divemaster always knew which one was me / mine.
