Well, I'm ready to finally get into shape, so announcing it publicly (ouch!). I was told today that I have high b.p. - here's the thread explaining that if you wanna go there. http://www.scubaboard.com/showthread.php?p=769358#post769358

Please add me to the list, I'll need LOTS of support! I've gained almost 20 lbs in ONE year, (double-ouch). I really need to lose about 50 lbs... so, here goes!
