Since your using the words "Scuba Board" you should ask NetDoc if you can use the actual Scubaboard logo in the top.

Not the font, the question was about using the word ScubaBoard. I am sure NetDoc must have been asked permission to use the word ScubaBoard (even in a different font) and I just didn't see it.

and it doesnt have the official trademark/logo so we skirt that also

Actually, ScubaBoard became a dead mark while attempting to trademark the name in January of 2006.
