Fish Identity?

Hi Folks,
Strange fish!!!
Couple of days ago friend if mine seen in Radang Malaysia, can anyone ever see this fish before, please tell me the fish identity?
I never see before strange looking with thick skin.

Amazing find; that's an Oarfish (Regalecus glesne).

This fish can be found worldwide in all tropical and temperate marine waters but is rarely seen (lives at depths between 20 and 200m). Oarfish have only been seen/photographed live a few times.

Seriously.... look at the first picture. The fishes' eye looks like its ready to fall off. Either that or it's had too much coffee.
