I think Lisa prefers to be called a well seasoned diver not vintage. Thats kind of insulting.

I've got my Phoenix in the water, while I'm a little disappointed in its performance, but I'm not sure if it is me or the regulator (my Mistral breaths easier). I'll drop it by the shop if you wanna take a look at it.

I do have that spare gray hose...

Thats the spirit.
What a great course title. And then we can complain about how hard it was to do.

And how everyone else is doing it wrong!:rofl3:

will you dive with NON Vintage Divers, you know, the UNSAFE ONES due to their NON CONFORMITY to Vintage standards?

On Jimbo's boat last week we had 4 sets of doubles, one of them being my 72s... I felt as if I need to start another thread about how my standards as a double hose diver ALMOST needed to be compromised diving with some DIR flavored Fruit Loops. Of coursed with my trusty dive knife and unbridled ability to cut hoses... those DIR types came along to my way of thinking.

Please, if anyone is considering a weekday 'vintage' dive with minimal costs, please, please, please, consider giving me a PM. (Do I sound like I'm begging?) I'm off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and I'm gonna dry up and wither away if I don't go diving soon.

I still consider myself new to the area so any local experience is appreciated.

Chris
