Subject to change, it looks southern Florida has thru Saturday to get ready, then the entire Gulf around to Cozumel has thru Tuesday to prepare.

I wonder if Houston would react less this year if hit, or if New Orleans would react more seriously in advance...?
 
It has weakened and now they predict a depression, the weather channel is deeply saddened.
