I'm a Fish!
I have a Xen with HW 1.1 and SW 1.09. I tried to upgrade the firmware recently to 2.25 and while the unit is communicating to the interface, it keeps getting an error 225. I can download the log no problem but just unable to upgrade the firmware. Can someone please help?
