As was previously mentioned, yes Tamarindo and Amaranto are owned by the same couple. I have stayed at both, and while they are both nice, I think i prefer the location, and feel of Amaranto.
As to Villas Las Anklas, well I cant speak to that as I've never heard of it, or been there.
