OP, you are an underwater photographer, so avoid split fins of any kind...they do not give you the control you need to line up your shots, especially for macro or in any currents.

Thanks for all the replys guys! I have now emailed a couple of local diveshops asking if they got the avanti quattro fins in stock, or will get them in stock any time soon. If i cannot find them locally ill have to try for something else, possibly the Aries Accel ones.
